DOMESTIC SHIPPING
AT LEXTECHS, WE STRIVE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF INVENTORY, SHIPPING, AND MATTERS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, OUR STATEMENTS AS TO USUAL SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEES OR PROMISES THAT A PRODUCT WILL SHIP ON A SPECIFIC DAY. LEXTECHS WORKS WITH MANY DISTRIBUTORS AND WHOLESALE SOURCES IN ORDER TO OFFER BEST PRICES AND SHORTEST SHIPPING TIMES! PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPMENT AVAILABILITY MAY VARY FROM ONE PRODUCT TO THE NEXT. MOST ORDERS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED THE SAME DAY, OTHERWISE GENERALLY SHIPPED WITHIN THREE - FIVE BUSINESS DAYS.AT A MINIMUM, WE EXPECT THAT ALL IN STOCK ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN A 30 DAY PERIOD. ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AS THEY ARE RECIEVED, ANY ORDERS AFTER 5:30PM CST WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. * Orders are shipped via standard ground service. All shipping charges are calculated at Residential Delivery rates. 1-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day FedEx is available upon request.
The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground.
* All shipments are subject to carrier regulations.
††FREE Shipping offer valid on orders over $100 with a weight of 15 lbs. or less. This offer is only valid for orders that qualify for and ship via FedEx Ground. Shipping within the contiguous lower 48 States (AK, HI, PR and International orders are excluded).
* Customer pays all shipping and handling charges on all shipments, including refusals and returns.
* Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico must ship via Air due to carrier regulations. Note: individual carrier service levels may vary depending on destination. Customers may choose an upgraded service level otherwise Lextechs will select the most economical service level.
* Under certain circumstances, shipping methods are determined by the weight, size or destination of the order. Lextechs will use the most cost effective method to ship should this restriction impact one of your orders.
* Freight charges are subject to dimension and oversize carrier freight regulations. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
* Additional carrier surcharges applied after the order has been shipped will be billed to you.
* All orders will be shipped using Lextechs FedEx/UPS account. At this time we will not be able to use your account number.
* FedEx/UPS will not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all orders.
* Orders containing items defined as Hazmat by the D.O.T. will be shipped via FedEx ground from our fulfillment center regardless of the shipping method requested.
* Shipping costs are retrieved by placing the item in the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
* The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated manually.
* Shipping rates and methods are all based on product weight, postal zip code origin and the delivery destination zip code.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
* Shipments to Canada and Mexico may inquire Customs or VAT charges. Lextechs is not responsible for these charges nor are they calculated into our shipping rates.
* Shipping to Canada and Mexico maybe delayed for address verification.
* International shipments. Contact sales@lextechs.com with any specific questions.
PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS:
Our normal shipping schedule does not apply to Pre-orders or combined purchases containing 1 or more pre-order items.
* Items availability dates are estimated dates and may or may not be in stock on that exact date.
* Pre-orders Items will be contacted by Customer Service with an expected ship date. From time to time, an official release date will be pushed back.
In this situation, the ship date for a pre-order will also be pushed back to match the official release date.
Combined orders which contain pre-order item(s) will not ship until the pre-order item(s) are available.
BACK-ORDER:
Customers will have to option to cancel or place the order on hold.
Canceled orders will not be charged.
Orders placed on hold will not be charged until the items becomes available and shipped.
For Paypal customers your payment will be processed and place on hold until the item is available.
Customers will be notified of the status.
Combined orders which contain Back-Ordered item(s) will not ship until the Back-Ordered item(s) are available.
RETURNS POLICY:
* Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from Lextechs Customer Service
* No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when you Contact Us to receive an RMA number: Invoice number, Reason for return and contact number
* You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. Lextechs does not track expired RMA#'s.
* Freight on merchandise being returned to Lextechs is to be prepaid. (Lextechs does not pay for the return shipping NO COD’S WILL BE ACCEPTED).
* Defective merchandise including original freight and handling fee will be issued store credit upon receipt of merchandise at Lextechs.
* Non-defective merchandise will be store credit at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of: 15% for order 1 to 45 days, 25% for orders 46-90 days from invoice date.
All non-defective returns for store credit must be in resalable condition, include original packing material and all other accessories provided upon original delivery.
* Merchandise must to be returned in original manufacturer box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or store credit requests accepted after 90 days of invoice/ship date.
* Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new purchase order number and will include freight and handling charges.
* Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Lextechs.
* Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and is subject to a 15% restocking fee and store credit only, Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items can not be returned to Lextechs for any reason:
All Televisions and Monitors (including LCD and plasma)
All home and office video projectors
Printers
Computers,Laptop,Notebooks,Netbook,Memory, and Software titles
Video Game systems and sotfware titles
Personal Care Products
Car Audio/Video( head units/lcd screens,Alarm systems ect.)

The items listed above and Specilized, Discontinued, Computers, Laptops, Video Games and Personalized items are purchased by the customer under a no refund, no exchange policy/Agreement.
Damage Merchandise:
If a damaged product has been received, Lextechs must be notified within 24 hours (1) business days.
We do not offer exchanges for a different item. REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model.
Deviations from this policy may result in a 25% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be Charged accordingly.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not on the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RMA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $35, or 25% per unit, will be Charged.
DAMAGES
Lextechs DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
A. Note any damages on the receipt.
B. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned to Lextechs for freight claim processing. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/FedEx Ground, contact Lextechs for freight claim.
C.The receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 10 calendar days of receipt. Damage claims are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received
MANUFACTURER DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns for Manufactured Defective items.
Manufactured Defectives are covered under the manufacture warranty.
Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture.
WARRANTIES:
Almost all products we sell hold a 30 day MANUFACTURER's Warranty, from the date the item (s) are Purchase, unless otherwise posted on the invoice, or stated in product discription. No product will be Replaced or issued store credit under any circumstance after the 30 day warranty is over. Extra Warranty service can be purchased Square Trade
If a product is received broken or physically damaged, Lextechs must be informed about it within 24 hours of receiving the package.
